The biggest stage in the world’: Berkeley business donates $10,000 of apparel to Ukrainian Olympians

Turn Gymnastics Apparel, a Berkeley-based company that outfits male gymnasts, donated $10,000 of technical apparel to Team Ukraine in addition to outfitting athletes from seven other teams at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

Since first equipping Ukrainian gymnasts with technical apparel in 2019, the business increased funding after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. According to Turn Gymnastics managing director and former Cal men’s gymnast David Eaton, the brand extended its support to Ukrainian athletes ahead of the Paris Olympics by donating three sets of team uniforms, as well as individualized uniforms for top athletes who advanced to finals competitions.
