The Tie Bar has announced it will be moving and upgrading its New York store location into a brand-new flagship. Located down the street from its current location (now to be found at 340 Madison Avenue), the brand’s newest store will join both in its hometown of Chicago (Lincoln Park Flagship, The Loop), along with its recent openings in Boston, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia.

“New York continues to be one of our important markets,” said Allyson Lewis, CEO at The Tie Bar. “As we’ve grown out of solely being an accessories brand, our stores have proven extremely effective with showcasing first hand all that The Tie Bar has to offer now. When it came time to launch the first Flagship outside of our hometown, it was a no brainer that it would be in New York.”

The 1,400 square-foot space will also introduce a new design concept, a natural evolution as the brand continues its rapid apparel expansion. Custom wood fixtures showcasing the latest product pairings and ‘Tie Bar Combos’, an outfit building station, wedding shop, and social media flat lay wall installations, were all designed with the customer in mind. “Our new store floorplan has been totally reimagined to create an experience that allows our customers to shop from head-to-toe. Whether mixing and matching on their own or working with one of our in-house stylists, we’ve created a space that’s been tailored exactly to our customer’s full style needs,” added Lewis.

Expect a curated blend of The Tie Bar’s most popular staples and latest offerings, all at an unbeatable price – dress shirts and pants, chinos, neckties, bow ties, tie bars, pocket squares, socks, and more. In a fun nod to the brand’s namesake, the space will continue to feature an accessory bar capable of holding over 1,200 different products. Exclusive brand partnerships such as Tie The Knot with Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson, The Vitale Barberis Italian wool capsule collection, or popular wedding collaborations with bridal brands BHLDN and Show Me Your Mumu will also be on display.

The new The Tie Bar NYC flagship store will open Thursday, August 8th and will host a grand opening happy hour on Wednesday, August 14th.
