The Vans Epoch Sport Is The Brand’s Newest Old Sneaker

If the first half of 2018 has taught us one thing about sneakers, it’s that the archival silhouettes from the ‘80s and ‘90s look just as stylish—and sometimes even more futuristic—in 2018. We’ve seen the return of classic vintage shoes like the Reebok Aztrek and the Adidas Continental (now lovingly named the Rascal). Even the ole Nike Air Streak was thrust back in the footwear spotlight by the streetwear juggernauts at Supreme. Mining company archives for styles that could once again hit in 2018 is a savvy business move we’ve seen from brands both mammoth and small and our latest favorite comes from the fine folks at Vans.
