The tie barMenswear brand The Tie Bar has announced that it will be staying in Manhattan for good. After three short-term popup locations, the brand’s Midtown storefront will now become its first permanent home in New York.

Located at 400 Madison Avenue, the New York opening joins the brand’s existing flagship store in its hometown of Chicago, and coincides with the recent opening of its first permanent store in Boston. Plans to expand to several other key markets are also in the works throughout 2018.

“New York continues to be a rapidly growing market for us, so to maintain a permanent store presence here was a must,” said Allyson Lewis, CEO at The Tie Bar. “Our now family of stores have proven extremely effective for the brand, exposing us to a new regional clientele and showcasing firsthand why The Tie Bar continues to be a rapidly growing force in menswear.”
