UGG AND REESE COOPER UNVEIL SPRING/SUMMER 2025 COLLABORATION
Southern California-based brand UGG announced a collaboration with Los Angeles-based designer Reese Cooper to recreate the UGG Classic Mini and Classic Ultra Mini for multi-terrain use from the city to the outdoors. Made with robust materials like CORDURA and GORE-TEX, the shoes are made for functionality and outdoor protection.
Known for his tailored take on classic American outdoor and utility wear, Cooper brings a technical edge to the UGG franchise Classics to expand on the silhouette’s durability and versatility, transforming it into highly technical, functional footwear. The UGG Reese Cooper Classic Mini is available in Peyote, Black/Black, and Mandarin Red, and is enclosed in CORDURA UltraLite water-resistant fabric. The elastic toggle on the top calf allows the style to be worn in different ways based on the wearer’s needs. The UGG Reese Cooper Classic Ultra Mini features a non-wick, waterproof textile with GORE-TEX lining, offering a technical approach to a beloved model. This style is available in Black and Kalamata.
The campaign, captured by Keith Oshiro in Northern Georgia, depicts the footwear’s versatility and the shared vision UGG and REESE COOPER have for the collaboration. Designed for all types of terrain and activities, including fishing, sightseeing, and hiking, the collection allows its wearer to engage with the outdoors. Modeled by Bella Newman, Stevan Journey, Ben Weinswig, and Ross Tew, the group explores the Georgia landscape on a paddle boat and a seaplane floating nearby.
“The goal for me was to create an UGG that could be considered a true everyday shoe. The only thing I ever struggled with when it came to UGG boots was the weather, so material choice and function came first when initially designing. Once those aspects were locked in, it was just refining and tweaking colours and shape to be more interesting but still wearable daily,” said Reese Cooper when speaking on the shoe’s design.

Taking the campaign to the California desert, the brand has rolled out exclusive billboards along Interstate 10 ahead of Coachella weekends. Starting today, festival-goers can spot the signs along the well-traveled interstate.
The UGG Reese Cooper collaboration will be available on April 11, 2025, at UGG.com, Reese-Cooper.com, and select pinnacle retailers.
