Uniqlo Sues SHEIN For Allegedly Imitating Its Viral Round Mini Shoulder Bag

Fast Retailing Co.’s Uniqlo is suing SHEIN for allegedly selling an imitation of the Japanese brand’s viral Round Mini Shoulder bag. According to Business of Fashion, Uniqlo filed the suit against Roadget Business Pte, Fashion Choice Pte., and SHEIN Japan Co. at the Tokyo District Court on December 28. Uniqlo is demanding SHEIN, a China-founded company currently based in Singapore, to immediately stop the sale of these “imitation products” along with compensation for damages.
