Woolrich has launched its second collaboration with surf-inspired lifestyle brand Almond.

The second “Wax and Wool” collection is inspired by the heritage of Woolrich, the original outdoor clothing company, and the coastal lifestyle of Southern California’s Almond, a brand known for its hand-built surfboards and made-in-California apparel. Items in the collection include graphic t-shirts, twill shorts, a Henley, a fleece crewneck and a series of custom surfboards.

Every piece in the collection is 100% Made in the USA and designed for the perfect beach day, available at Woolrich stores in New York City and Boston, the Almond boutique in Costa Mesa and online at Woolrich.com and AlmondSurfboards.com.

“All we have ever cared to do is make things we believe in, and work with people we enjoy,” said Dave Allee founder of Almond. “Our collaboration with Woolrich fits nicely into our mantra and we’ve had the tremendous pleasure of working with the Woolrich team to design and manufacture select pieces that speak to the values and aesthetics of both brands.”

“Almond shares the Woolrich ethos to create timeless, essential products for outdoor lovers from all walks of life — whether you’re an avid surfer or craftsman,” said Joshua Rich, executive vice president at Woolrich. “There’s something about this collection that will help you channel that laid-back Southern California lifestyle no matter where you wear it.”
