The Stringham family has always been the driving force behind our store’s sales. We believed, erroneously, that only a Stringham can do what we do when it comes to relationships and sales. Turns out we were dead wrong. Since stepping off the sales floor in late 2020, our company has experienced the best sales of our 119-year history in 2022, 2023, and now 2024, all without a single sale made by a Stringham. It is a testament to the importance of sharing institutional knowledge about how men shop and how to maximize their experience while shopping in our store. Trusting in our video training series has changed our lives and bettered those of our excellent salespeople. These skills can be taught and constantly sharpened, even for seasoned sales associates. As specialty stores, we spend most of our resources on great products, marketing, and advertising. It’s time to use great training tools to invest in the people who represent our shops!
