BEN SHERMAN LAUNCHES FACE MASKS

by Stephen Garner

Ben Sherman has launched a new collection of reusable cotton face masks.

The British heritage brand’s new masks are non-medical grade, machine washable, feature a top wire to comfortably conform to the wearer’s nose, and provide added protection against the transmission of water droplets. For each pack of face masks purchased, Ben Sherman will donate a pack to healthcare workers and volunteer organizations doing the important essential work needed.

The line of face masks is produced in six different patterns reminiscent of the brand’s signature button-down shirts – check, gingham, chambray, floral. Each pack will hold an assortment of three reusable masks. Each three-pack will retail for $25.

This initiative is part of an on-going effort to provide COVID-19 relief to essential workers. Earlier this year, Ben Sherman and Gladson partnered with the Costume Designers Guild, Motion Picture Costumers, and the IATSE in a mission to produce and deliver protective masks to hospitals in the U.S. experiencing the most severe lack of personal protective gear. Ben Sherman is continuing these efforts, looking to increase the number of masks donated to healthcare and volunteer workers while providing the public with an option to stay safe as cities begin to resume activity.

The face masks are currently available to purchase on bensherman.com.
