Italian menswear couture house Brioni has parted ways with its creative director Nina-Maria Nitsche. Nitsche, who joined the brand in June 2017 from a 28-year career at Maison Martin Margiela, replaced Justin O’Shea who left the company in October 2016.
Nitsche presented her last collection for the house during the spring/summer 2019 men’s fashion week in Paris.
The revitalization of Brioni started by Nitsche during this period is set to continue as part of the brand’s long-term plan.
“Brioni, thanks Ms. Nitsche for her contribution to the brand during this period,” said CEO Fabrizio Malverdi in a statement on Friday.
