Changes To Customer Behavior That Brands Need To Pay Attention To As We Approach The Holiday Season

In a recent survey of over 1,000 consumers across the U.S. Iterable found that 67% of U.S. shoppers plan to do most, if not all, of their holiday shopping online with only 3% reporting that they will do all of their shopping in stores. Episerver, in their 2020 Holiday Ecommerce Report, found the same trend in other countries around the world. Their research found that just 6% of customers in the U.S., 5% in the U.K., 11% in Sweden, 7% in Germany and 15% in Australia report that they don’t plan to purchase any gifts online this year.
