Luxury accessories brand Christian Louboutin has released its new spring/summer 2017 collection and campaign entitled “Culture Convergence”, which focuses on the launch of the brand’s bench-made men’s styles.
Shot on location in Naples, Italy by Brooklyn-based photographer Lougè Delcy of Dapper Lou, these styles are celebrated a in a series of images taken in the brand’s factory that explore the convergence of traditional, centuries-old Italian leather manufacturing and innovative and boundary-pushing design.
Construction takes center stage in the cap toe Derby Hubertus – a Louboutin Homme classic – with a characteristic exposed ankle silhouette and open lacing system is crafted using handwork expertise by skilled artisans in the Maison’s Neapolitan base.
The Daurassic celebrates the range of skills found in the intergenerational team who proudly display their métier through the collection.
