EXECUTIVE MOVES: BUGATCHI ANNOUNCES EVP, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT & LEGAL PROMOTION AND NEW EVP OF SALES, NORTH AMERICA

Bugatchi announced today the promotion of Stephane Abitbol from Vice President, Corporate Development & Legal to Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Legal and the appointment of Sean Hieter as Executive Vice President of Sales, North America.

Stephane Abitbol was initially brought on at Bugatchi in 2018 as Corporate Counsel and his role soon broadened to include oversight of Corporate Development. In this elevated role, Abitbol will work to develop and implement broad organizational strategies to align with the brand’s short and long-term objectives, including working closely with Hieter and other executives to establish and achieve sales targets across all revenue channels. He will also continue to lead the management of the brand’s legal affairs.

Sean Hieter comes to Bugatchi with a strong background in sales that spans 24 years. Most recently, Hieter was Senior Vice President at Zanella and at SWIMS. From 2020 to 2022, Hieter was the President of Sales North America at Corneliani S.p.A., and before that, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at the same company from 2017 to 2020. Hieter began his career at Robert Graham Designs, where he rose to Vice President of Sales from 2012 to 2017 after having served in various roles at Robert Graham dating back to 2002.

As EVP of Sales, North America, Hieter will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of BUGATCHI’s sales and growth strategy to achieve revenue targets, shape the brand’s in-store presence and further develop and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Cecile Revah said of Abitbol’s appointment: “Stephane has been a key player in BUGATCHI’s recent growth, so I am very proud to announce his well-deserved promotion.” Of Hieter’s appointment, she added “We are thrilled to have Sean join our team. The vast experience and acumen he brings to Bugatchi will be great assets as we focus on a new and exciting era for the brand.”
