EXECUTIVE MOVES: P448 ANNOUNCES CHIEF FINANCIAL & OPERATING OFFICER

Sneaker brand P448 has announced that Rocco Bennici will join the company in the newly created role of Chief Financial & Operating Officer, reporting to Wayne Kulkin, Executive Chairman of StreetTrend LLC. Bennici will lead the Finance, Treasury, IT, and Logistics divisions. With a strong focus on financial operations, enhancements, and global efficiencies, Bennici will oversee all financial and treasury functions in addition to P448’s teams in Italy, Spain, USA, Hong Kong and China. With over 20 years of financial experience and a vast international business background, Bennici is expertly skilled in managing financially high-leverage companies and operating in countries ranging from emerging to advanced. His last position was Group Treasury and Corporate Finance Director at the OTB Group (Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor Rolf, and Jil Sander). Rocco Bennici also held previous executive roles at Stiga, Fincantieri, and Saipem.

P448 has also announced a strategic financial partnership with Loop Capital. The firm has a small investment in the brand and will use its network of athletes and celebrities to further P448’s international brand awareness.
StreetTrend LLC, which owns P448, was formed in 2017 as a JV partnership with Wayne Kulkin and Jeffrey Hecktman, CEO of the international investment and financial services company Hilco Global, a firm with holdings in several retail and fashion brands. Mark Wahlberg is also a strategic investor in the company, having taken a significant minority stake in the business.
