MANGO MAN PRESENTS MANGO DESIGNED BY BOGLIOLI

by John Russel Jones

Mango, one of Europe leading fashion groups, based in Barcelona, has once again joined forces with the emblematic Italian brand Boglioli. The legacy of the Milanese tailoring house, combined with the modern character of the Barcelona-based retailer’s roots results in a unique sartorial collaboration that aims to create a complete and versatile wardrobe that suits the lifestyle of the contemporary man.

Mango has gone all out for tailoring to create classic suits that, in some cases, are broken up with denim shirts or by combining jeans with uncoordinated blazers. Navy blue dominates this part of the collection. There is also the combination of Boglioli’s more informal character and Mango’s Mediterranean spirit, which includes casual shirts, washed linen suits, casual knitwear, shirt and trouser sets, and a commitment to leather. The color palette heralds the arrival of the new spring/summer season and starts from earth and sand tones, moving on to vanilla and pink options.

The collection features high-quality Italian fabrics: cool wools with a very high weave and light and soft fabrics, such as linen, produced in European ateliers. Mango has worked with Italian suppliers, including Vitale Barberis Canonico and Tessuti di Sondrio, on the collection.

Mango designed by Boglioli will be available online today and in selected stores in Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
