As a 70th anniversary tribute to Minnetonka founder, Philip W. Miller, the brand has launched the P.W. Driving Moccasin, the first ever custom-made product the brand has offered.

For this new collection, each moccasin will be cut, stitched, and shaped by-hand, without any machinery or electrically powered tool. To make this happen, Minnetonka partnered with Chicago-based Horween Leather Company, one of the oldest tanneries in the United States, to source high-grade leather that will be used on every P.W. Driving Moccasin created. With 14 different style variations, including black, cognac, tan, and olive, each pair takes three days to construct and is custom-made to order, all for a price of $165.

“Committing to a fully made-to-order model allowed us to use new materials, colors and size offerings that are not available in any of our other products,” said David Miller, CEO of Minnetonka. “We wanted the experience to feel as special as walking into a tailor shop and knowing that one set of hands is making this luxury product just for you. They are comfortable, classic and stylish.”
