‘NARCOS’ STAR PEDRO PASCAL TAPS HIS WAY INTO THE HOLIDAY SEASON IN HAPPY SOCKS’ LATEST CAMPAIGN

Happy SocksSwedish underwear and sock brand Happy Socks is celebrating the 2018 Holiday season by unveiling a new short film starring acclaimed international actor Pedro Pascal. Directed by music video maestro Tim Erem, the film is a playful holiday adventure where good old-fashioned fun meets the sock maker’s signature passion for color and creativity.

The short film titled ‘Happy Holidays’ features an all-star cast on and off the camera. Best known for his work in HBO’s critically acclaimed Game of Thrones series and Netflix’s hit show Narcos, Pascal got the chance to show the world that he’s more than just an amazing actor. The classically trained stage performer laced up his dancing shoes and went to work with award-winning choreographer Michael Rooney to perfect the film’s elaborate tap dance routine.

Happy SocksInspired by old-school movie magic, the short film is a cinematic celebration of happiness, beautifully gift-wrapped for the big screen. Set in the cartoonish heartland of 1950s America, good old-fashioned fun meets tap dancing feet in an animated slapstick extravaganza, seen through a holiday-tinted lens.

“I’ve been a fan of Happy Socks for a long time,” said Pascal, “so it’s been amazing working on this short film: the crew, working with passionate and talented people like Tim, Michael, Viktor and the whole Happy Socks team while getting the chance to dance, a skill I rarely get to focus on.”

The short film is now available online at HappySocks.com, at Happy Socks’ Concept Stores and at selected retailers worldwide.
