As Texas Gov. Greg Abbott makes it easier for shoppers to buy and pickup merchandise, the new retail-to-go/curbside shopping trend is still seeking traction. Some store owners see it as a small step toward the return of normalcy. “We’ve got to start somewhere, even if it’s very minimal.
