SAKS FIFTH AVENUE TO OPEN FIRST WESTERN CANADA STORE
Saks Fifth Avenue announced plans to open its first store in Western Canada, a 115,000 square-foot, two-level location in Calgary, that will be part of CF Chinook Centre. The store is expected to open in January 2018.
The new store will feature a modern and authoritative merchandise assortment, including women’s designer, contemporary, modern ready-to-wear, men’s, beauty, jewelry, shoes and handbags. The new location will also offer a full service Fifth Avenue Club, complete with private suites and personal shopping consultants.
Saks opened two full-line stores in Canada in February 2016; one at CF Toronto Eaton Centre and one at CF Sherway Gardens.
