SUNSPEL LAUNCHES CAPSULE WITH MUSICIAN PAUL WELLER

English singer-songwriter Paul Weller has been a British style icon for as long as he’s been a music hero. Knowing Weller to be a Sunspel advocate, the brand invited him on a factory visit which developed into a collaboration – with Weller hand-sketching designs, selecting fabrics, and reinterpreting Sunspel’s 1930s Sun and Clouds logo.

The result is a personal capsule collection: the staples that Weller feels are the foundation of his modern wardrobe. The six-piece collection includes a classic cotton T-shirt, a Henley T-shirt, a piqué polo shirt, a college sweater, a lightweight mac, and a cotton twill trouser.

“The pieces are well crafted, well cut clothes that people will look good in,” said Weller. “As they are such good quality, they’ll also last!”
