Vuori has opened its latest store located at 1110 Abbot Kinney Blvd #1110B in Venice Beach, California. This is the tenth store for the Southern California-inspired activewear brand.

Situated just steps away from Angeleno favorites including Pressed Juicery, Birkenstock, and F45 Venice—not to mention the Pacific Ocean—Vuori’s 2,100-square-foot Abbot Kinney store offers the brand’s extensive collection of men’s and women’s performance gear. Vuori’s newest shop boasts an aesthetic similar to its other stores: a clean, modern design complemented by earthy elements such as a birchwood finish and natural light.

While Vuori has experienced tremendous e-commerce growth over the past 12 months, the company has simultaneously remained bullish on brick-and-mortar efforts with a recent slew of new store openings. “At Vuori, we feel that there is just no substitute for a physical, real-life experience with a brand,” said Catherine Pike, senior director of retail at Vuori. “Despite all of last year’s challenges for retail, we’re very fortunate to have maintained significant growth that enabled us to continue our investment in brick-and-mortar stores. Venice is such a perfect location for the Vuori brand to have a presence, and we couldn’t be more excited to put down stakes in one of the greatest places in Los Angeles.”

With today’s news, Vuori now has 10 physical stores, eight of which are located in California: Abbot Kinney, Encinitas, San Jose, Manhattan Beach, San Francisco, Del Mar, Malibu, and Newport Beach. Beyond “The Golden State,” Vuori has a store in Boulder, Colorado, and a pop-up in Bridgehampton, New York. As Vuori ramps up its retail expansion, additional openings are slated for this fall and beyond.

For six-year-old Vuori, retail locations have always been much more than places for shoppers to purchase apparel, also serving as hubs for community engagement through in-store events such as art shows, concerts, and fitness classes. At Vuori’s Abbot Kinney location, similar events are expected to take place on a regular basis.

“When exploring where we might open next, we think about what opportunities we have to build local relationships and integrate into the fitness, health, and wellness communities surrounding our stores,” continued Pike. “We’re very much looking forward to providing visitors to our Abbot Kinney store and the Venice community with the enhanced customer experience that has aptly become synonymous with Vuori.”
