ZEGNA OPENS POP-UP IN EAST HAMPTON

by John Russel Jones

Zegna has opened a temporary store in East Hampton, New York, for the summer resort season. Designed by in-house architects, the new boutique epitomizes the brand’s updated identity under the artistic direction of Alessandro Sartori. Prioritizing the style needs of modern men, Sartori’s reset focuses on bringing a progressive spin to notions of traditional craftsmanship, luxury leisurewear, and versatility.

Located at 50 Newtown Lane, Zegna’s new East Hampton store embodies the brand’s commitment to craft and refinement. The more than 900 square foot “marine resort” store interprets the elegant aesthetic of Zegna’s flagships with sand-colored resin floors that blend gracefully into white at the walls — creating a light and ethereal ambiance. Remaining faithful to the brand’s legacy of sophisticated craftsmanship, the store’s interior is complemented with Mariantonia Urru carpets, unique to this location and handcrafted exclusively for Zegna on the Italian island of Sardinia.

The Newtown Lane Zegna store will showcase the brand’s latest menswear collections, including iconic Luxury Leisurewear staples such as the Triple Stitch Shoe and Overshirt.
