HICKEY FREEMAN LEVELS UP ITS TAILORED OFFERING

Hickey Freeman has launched a new strategic initiative in response to the growing momentum in the tailored clothing category.

Dubbed “Hickey Freeman On Demand,” the program will offer retailers more options in tailored clothing and additional ways to buy inventory, in advance or in-season. The program expands both made-to-measure and in-stock options for customers and retailers including New Essentials, HF Select, and Select Extended.

“We have been pleasantly surprised by custom orders this past spring season which exceeded our predictions,” said Stephen Granovsky, CEO of Luxury Men’s Apparel Group (LMAG). “In preview meetings for spring ’22, retailers have shown an appetite for bold fashion styles, so we believe in the future of tailored and are positioning the company to secure increased market-share with Hickey Freeman On Demand.”

Hickey Freeman Exclusively For You, the brand’s made-to-measure collection, expands its fabric assortment in both breadth of swatches and opportunities for newness in-season. The offering now includes early fabric availability and strategic mill collaborations to offer a refresh to collections in-season, and new trunk show exclusives.

Additionally, Hickey Freeman recently launched a new in-stock program of suits, jackets, trousers, and formal wardrobe foundations called New Essentials, which features fabrics from the esteemed Carlo Barbera mill. The brand also plans to introduce HF Select Extended, a collection of additional seasonal fabric reserved to offer retailers fresh styles in-season for quick turnaround and delivery. As well, the brand’s popular HF Select collection of season fashion stock has been expanded by over 30 percent.

The brand also says that fashion will be a key focus of both Hickey Freeman’s made-to-measure and in-stock programs as the brand positions itself for market leadership as consumers continue returning to stores.
