MALIBU SANDALS TEAMS UP WITH MISSONI ON MEN’S STYLES
Southern California-based sandal brand Malibu Sandals has partnered with luxury Italian house Missoni on another line of men’s sandals.
For its spring/summer 2017 runway collection, Missoni collaborated with Malibu Sandals to create several pairs of huarache sandals that aimed to embody the wayfaring spirit Angela Missoni’s been chasing in recent seasons.
Styles include: the Canyon backstrap style – a five-strap hand-woven design that features ‘space-dyed’ and solid nylon colors available in navy, olive and red; and the Humaliwo – a right-strap hand-woven ‘slide’ design that features ‘space-dyed’ and solid nylon colors available in navy, olive and red.
Made from 100 percent vegan materials, the sandals will retail for $150-$180, and will be available online at malibusandals.com and at Missoni’s Madison Avenue store in April.
